One on one coaching offers a powerful container to process difficult experiences and work through personal challenges.
Curious and compassionate listening lies at the heart of my coaching practice. I bring the structure and focus of powerful tools like NVC (non-violent communication) and Parts Work to support clarity, insight, integration and action.
I primarily work with Indian women who are deeply interested in their own personal growth in person in the San Francisco Bay Area and on skype across North America.

These are small and powerful facilitated group spaces for women to learn and practice tools for personal growth together. This group encourages honest self expression and vulnerability, with the intention of supporting people to be seen fully and outing shame around the challenging experiences in life.
Participants learn tools that support greater self-awareness & choice and apply them to real life challenges within this supportive environment. They heal and grow together by witnessing each other's journey towards greater wellbeing.
silent mindful

This is a monthly offering thats free and open to all. This group will help people have a consistent activity (more like non-activity) on their calendars that is geared towards slowing down, being silent, spending time in self connection and self-reflection while in nature.
Doing nothing in silence for an extended period of time helps us slow down and re-connect with ourselves. Having structure to the non-doing (a time frame and a set process) supports us in feeling secure enough to let go, fully relax into the silence and connect with what truly matters.
