I am Kadambini, a coach, trainer and facilitator of personal growth. My own journey towards greater mindfulness and self-leadership has exposed me to various approaches, tools and frameworks that are deeply supportive of personal healing and growth. I offer these though my work to be of service to others.

I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India. I am a certified coach (Professional Coach Certificate) trained by the brilliant team at 'Leadership That Works'. I am also trained in Non-Violent Communication and Parts Work, which I integrate my into my approach to coaching. Before I set up Inner Freedom Coaching, I used to design and facilitate life skills, business skills and leadership development programs for corporates and NGOs.

Some significant influences on my work have been the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg, Tara Brach, Sen, Adya Shanti, Culadasa (John Yates), Byron Katie and Brene Brown.
